Returns and Exchanges of Tax-Free Purchases

Returns and exchanges are accepted at the store where the item was purchased within 30 days, including the date of purchase.

Certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges. We may not be able to accept your return or exchange if the conditions are not met.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• Tags, packaging, and other accessories are included.
• The item has not been worn, used, or washed.
• The item has no damage, stains, or other defects caused by the customer.
• The item has not been altered (including hemming or other alterations).
• The item has not undergone customs confirmation (for purchases made on or after November 1, 2026).

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.

Items required for Exchange/Return Procedure

• Product
• purchase receipt
• tax-free registration receipt
• passport used at the time of purchase
• Credit card (debit card) / credit card sales slip (customer's copy)

How to exchange or return items

Please bring the “Items required for Exchange/Return Procedure” to the cashier counter of the store where you made the purchase (the store where you made the payment).

※Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns at stores other than the store where you made your purchase.

Refund

The refund will be made to the original payment method you used for your purchase.

If you paid by credit card (or debit card), the refund will be handled by your card issuer after verifying the purchase, which may take 1–2 months.

If the refund is not confirmed after 2 months or if you have any questions regarding the payment, please contact your card issuer directly.

Precautions

• Please be aware that if we are unable to provide the product you wish to exchange, it will be returned or exchanged for an equivalent substitute product.
• Under Japanese tax-free shopping regulations, all records of the original transaction must be canceled before a new transaction can be registered when returning or exchanging tax-free items.
  The process may take upto 10 to 15 minutes depending on the number of items purchased.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by card, please bring the card used for the purchase.
